COVID 19  SAFETY INFORMATION

We take your health and our employees’ health and wellbeing very seriously. In the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic we have taken the following precautions to provide you with a safe environment at our clinic. We request that you  assist us in keeping you safe by following these  precautions.

1. All our patients and employees are expected to wear a mask within the premises of the building and the clinic at all times.

2. We have arranged our reception area seating to ensure a 6 foot social distancing.

3. To maintain adequate social distancing in the clinic, we request that you call us once you are in the parking lot and we will ask you to come into the clinic once we are ready for you.

4. We clean and sanitize the patient room(s) after each patient visit to ensure it is safe for the next patient.

5.  We regularly sanitize the clinic and follow universal safety precautions to ensure the clinic environment is safe for our patients.

6. We have hand sanitizers placed in multiple locations inside the office for your use.

7. We are offering telehealth services so you and your family may continue to get the care you need.
